A better browser for your phone
21 October, 2019
When the independent browser from Norway, Opera, was bought out by a Chinese company, its co-founder Jon von Tetzchner, decided to create a new user-friendly browse, which he named Vivaldi. Now three years after refining the desktop version, the makers have launched a beta version for Android mobile devices.
It offers end-to-end encrypted sync of your passwords, bookmarks, notes, open tabs and more... allaying a major concern regarding privacy, these days. It has most of the trademark features of the PC version and a few more: In the bottom-left corner of the browser, users will find Panels, a quick way to access useful tools like Bookmarks, History, Notes, and Downloads. And to the right, the tab switcher lets users access regular, private, and synced tabs. All in all, a cool browsing tool. Try it.
