Ajay Devgn sheds light on 'Mayday' shoot plans amid Covid-19 surge

Ajay Devgn's latest film Mayday has seen incredible improvement despite recent lockdowns but due to the new surge in instances, the star has made a decision to halt productions indefinitely. According to a written report by Mid-Evening, the only challenge still left for the aviation drama was a spot shift but given the rise in current instances, Devgn decided to slice out the three-day time trip in order to safeguard the fitness of his team.
A trade source reveal the film maker's ideas and explained, "Granted the type of the thriller, it was to be shot at different airports across India. Since that had not been a possibility through the pandemic, Ajay possessed pieces of different airports built-in Hyderabad to film the required portions.
For the last leg, he had handpicked a slim crew that could keep for Qatar and shoot in a bio-bubble. But he did a rethink after the cases have seen a spike in the past couple of weeks. For the actor, the fitness of his cast and crew may be the top priority. His resolve was even more strengthened with the Middle-East country levying rigorous restrictions on international travel."
