Amazon to create 1,500 jobs found in Saudi Arabia

E-commerce giant Amazon is usually creating more than 1,500 jobs on Saudi Arabia.
The company will open 11 new buildings over the kingdom, since it grows its network to six fulfilment centres to house goods and 13 delivery stations that parcels are dispatched. It presently has three fulfilment centres in Riyadh and Jeddah.
“These new investments reiterate our commitment to Saudi Arabia, adding to the neighborhood economy through the creation of innovative job opportunities,” Amazon’s Middle East and North Africa director of operations, Prashant Saran, said.
Saudi Arabia was ranked sixth in Agility's annual Emerging Marketplaces Logistics Index previous month. In line with the kingdom's inward purchase organization, Invest Saudi, the logistics market was forecast to attain 94 billion Saudi riyals ($25bn) last year.
Amazon, which this past year increased net gain 84 per cent to $21.3bn as revenue grew 38 per cent to $386.1bn, said its investment found in the kingdom increase its storage capacity by 89 per cent, covering a floor spot greater than 80,000 square metres. By the finish of this 12 months, it will increase its delivery policy area in the kingdom by 58 per cent.
The company released its Amazon Prime company, that provides same day and then day time delivery, in the kingdom in January.
