Bebe Rexha clears the air about her father

Singer Bebe Rexha is now clearing the air about her father and their relationship, amidst backlash against the singer's father's texts, reports JustJared.com. Bebe had posted a screenshot of a distressing text message her father had sent to her.
After the release of her new single Last Hurrah's music video, the singer's father texted her saying, "You better stop posting stupid pornography because you make me sick. I can't take this anymore (sic)." Her father added that he's "embarrassed to go in public" and that he's "very upset" with Bebe.
In a tweet she later wrote, that has since been deleted, Bebe said, "Don't say mean things about my dad please he is an amazing father. I should never have posted that screenshot. I'm disappointed in myself. I was being sarcastic.
I understand where he is coming from as a father and that's why the text was a bit harsh. I am upset that he still isn't speaking to me, but he is still my father," she added. Bebe decided to fly home to New York to visit with her father, who she hasn't spoken to in two weeks.
