Burberry Disinvited Korean Superstars from London Fashion Week
Burberry canceled invitations to Asian celebrities for London Manner Week just five times prior to the event due to fears of coronavirus infection spread.

"Due to safety considerations, headquarters canceled business excursions by Korean staff and invitations to actors Gong Hyo-jin and Yoo Ah-in as well," a good Korean Burberry staffer right here said.

The rude snub was a desperate measure since the purveyor of beige check clothes and accessories makes much of its funds from label-obsessed Asians. This year's Burberry displays in London started the other day and lasted until Tuesday.

Instead, Burberry invited other Asian trendsetters who live in Europe.

The coronavirus scare in addition has prompted other luxury makes to cancel fashion shows.

Chanel postponed a exhibit scheduled in Beijing in-may, while Prada put off a show found in Japan in-may as well.

Chinese fashion houses Angela Chen, Ricostru and Hui also canceled fashion shows that had been organized for Milan Fashion Week from Tuesday until in a few days.
