Busier I am, the fewer anxiety I have
Celebrity Madelaine Petsch says she finds it hard to provide downtime to herself. "I never let myself to take it easy. My therapist was explaining this if you ask me. I've this -it's not really a childhood trauma -but it's a sort of trauma that in essence enables you to think you always have to be carrying out something. So I feel like that's something I have to work on, enabling myself downtime," Petsch told a magazine, reports a media source.

She says the busier she actually is, the less anxiety she experience. Talking about why she pushes herself into her job, Petsch stated: "The busier I am, the not as much anxiety I have. I really bury myself in my work because I -- this is maybe a little sad -- but because I wish to be other people all the time. I want to bring other people alive. And quarantine for me is similar to, 'whoa, I'm actually just Madelaine on a regular basis right now'. If you are always bringing other persons to life, who does that leave you with? Personally i think like I must come to be everything to everybody."

The actress also opened up about how precisely she was "massively bullied online" for her character in a show. Petsch said "Persons would phone me a bitch continuously. I was crying during intercourse every night. I referred to as up my team and was like, 'I love my job, but that is hard for me'. And among my associates was like, 'Maybe you should produce a YouTube channel and suggest to them how dumb and weird you happen to be?'
