What is your most memorable holiday?
A week with friends in New York in late December about four years ago. My birthday is on Christmas Day so I often go away around that time.
We stayed in a fabulous hotel in the Chelsea district of the city. It was freezing cold but we still did lots of touristy things.
We went to the top of the Empire State Building, which had fantastic views, and to the Radio City Music Hall for a Christmas show, which was amazing.
We crashed a party where my friend chatted to Spider-Man actor Tobey Maguire.
Shopping in Abercrombie & Fitch was great and we saw in the New Year in Times Square.
And your worst?
A two-week all-inclusive package holiday in Gran Canaria a few years ago with my mum, which went on a bit too long.
Although we did some jet skiing, the weather turned cloudy so there wasn't much to do.
Three days before it ended, I was threatening to take an early flight home! It also clashed with William and Kate's wedding in the UK, so I felt I was missing out.
Best Souvenir?
Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume, which I bought in Bruges.
I went at Christmas a few years ago with an ex-boyfriend.
I like to buy fragrances as they then remind me of that holiday. We stayed in the actual hotel featured in the film In Bruges.
Best holiday read?
I am not really into reading, as I don't like sitting still for very long.
Even when I went to the Joshua Tree National Park in California, where it was very quiet, I still didn't read although I took You Do You by Sarah Knight.
I am more likely to listen to my favourite music on Spotify.
How do you spend your time on holiday?
I love skiing and have stayed at Whistler where the snow was amazing.
I recently spent a couple of years living in LA and did lots of hiking in Runyon Canyon and around Malibu.
I also love driving and once drove from LA to Arizona on my own.
The skies in the desert were an amazing shade of pink.
Where would you like to revisit?
Austria, as the skiing and après ski are very good. I first learnt how to ski on a school trip as a teenager.
I went to the area close to where they were filming The Jump, three years ago at Christmas time.
The party atmosphere was great.
Where next?
I will be touring with Fame The Musical for the next few months but might squeeze in a break to LA sometime soon.
I'm really looking forward to being in Edinburgh in October - it is such a lovely city.
And I want to go to New York at Christmas.
