Cuomo details regional restart conditions as NY hits 1M tests

Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday organized standards for reopening New York’s economy region by region, the state surpassed 1 million coronavirus tests, the quantity of people dying each day continued to fall and NY City’s mayor organized an idea to get an incredible number of masks to people travelling outside.
