De Bruyne Picks African Star For Player Of The Year

Kevin de Bruyne has been Manchester City's standout player the growing season, but he has chosen one of is own rivals as the Premier League's Player of the growing season.
De Bruyne was certainly one of the players in the race for the PFA player of the season awarde which would have been awarded on Sunday, 26 2020 but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Belgian has registered an extraordinary eight goals and 17 assists in the league this year, despite the Citizens poor defence of their Premier League title which includes seen the side fall 25 points behind leaders Liverpool.
Consequently, De Bruyne feels Senegalese star Sadio Mane has a right to be the Premier League Player of THE GROWING SEASON.
“I would say Mane," he told BT Sport when asked who was his favourite for the award,
“I believe he has been the full total package this season for Liverpool.
“He has been important, so easily had to select somebody, I would choose Mane.”
Mane has netted 18 goals in all competitions this campaign, with 14 of these strikes to arrive the league along with nine assists.
