Deepika's reaction to badminton player P V Sindhu

A couple of days back, ace badminton player P V Sindhu, made history by becoming the first Indian shuttler to win gold at BWF World Championship. During an interview with Times Of India, post her victory, when the player was asked about her favorite actors, she said, "I really like Mahesh Babu and Prabhas. Deepika Padukone is a very talented and beautiful actor as well." 

After reading the interview, Deepika was overwhelmed and therefore she took to Instagram to share her happiness. She clicked a picture of the interview, shared it on the Instagram story and captioned, "Love You Champ." 

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Deepika will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar's Chhapaak and later in Kabir Khan's '83' opposite Ranveer Singh. This is the first time that after marriage both the actors will be seen sharing the screen space. Deepika will be essaying the role of Romi Dev, wife of Kapil Dev.
