Actor Abhishek Bachchan, pretty in early stages, also got more comfortable with both, carrying a good film on his shoulders, and sharing display screen space with numerous others, respective examples being 'Guru' (2007) and 'Dhoom' franchise. His latest release, 'Ludo', too was a tale about multiple characters. 

First, he expresses his apprehension over testimonies that do the rounds about any actor's 'ego' to arrive between when starring alongside another actor or an ensemble cast, over display screen time. He says, "Unfortunately, we end up labeling this as an actor's ego. I feel that is where the fundamental issue is. I understand why the media would label it as such, it's extra sensational and grabs extra eyeballs, and is the easiest approach to make clear a situation. It's actually not that." 

He adds that while an actor, everyone is shopping for themselves, and really wants to do their finest to end up being captured and seen. "It originates from that quest and desire to excel in whatever you do. When it comes to actors, sadly, since time immemorial, it's called an actor's ego. No, you want to do our best, that's it. When various other actors are involved, it's survival of the fittest, it's a carnal, basic instinct in human beings. I don't think it purely is due to insecurity. 

Yes, 1 has heard of such stories, it requires an actor of immense self assurance and security in what they are doing, to not actually allow thoughts like that to come to your mind," explains the 44-year-old, reports Mid-day.  He goes on to say that ego hasn't been a trouble for him. "I do not let that to come into my work. I contain been around for 20 years, learnt lots of things. Stuff like ego are only going to damage your projects, and not likely to get you everywhere," he quips.
