All travellers to the Maldives must complete a Traveller Health Declaration form a day before departure. Heat range checks and screening types of procedures are being carried out at Velana International Airport in Male.

Egypt can be open for travel, and has been since July 1. Vacationers must present a poor PCR check certificate on arrival and full a monitoring cards. All travellers may also have to express confirmation of valid health insurance. Tourists going to coastal parts of the Red Ocean, South Sinai and Marsa Matrouh can experience testing on arrival but will be required to self-isolate until bad test outcomes are received.

The UK's lifting of its 14-day quarantine period for travellers arriving from the UAE has resulted in a spike in the amount of travellers jetting to London. Many Britons residing in the UAE said they planned to visit home for the festive period given that they would no more have to self-isolate.
