The visitors took a shock lead in the tenth minute after Holmbert Fridjonsson hit a left-footed shot from beyond your box that found the bottom corner.
Belgium were quick to react though, as Axel Witsel levelled matters 3 minutes later with a close-range finish in to the top corner from a corner situation before Michy Batshuayi gave Martinez's charges the lead in the 17th minute with a strike.
Dries Mertens gave the Red Devils a two-goal cushion 5 minutes after the break with a strike from the centre of the box after he was setup by De Bruyne from a corner situation, while Batshuayi completed his brace within the last 21 minutes after he was teed up by Yari Verschaeren from a corner situation.

Denmark 0-0 England
Lacklustre England were held to a goalless draw by Denmark in League A at Telia Parken.
The Three Lions made three changes, as Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Conor Coady and Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips were handed debuts while Trent Alexander-Arnold replaced the suspended Kyle Walker at right-back.
After needing a late penalty to sink Iceland 1-0 in their opening match, Gareth Southgate's charges continued to draw blanks in front of goal.
Despite dropping points, England retained their second spot in the section with four points while Denmark got their first point on the board in third place.
