Four Players Fergie Wouldn't Shout At Revealed

Manchester United icon Ryan Giggs has revealed which four players legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson would never raise his voice at, including superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ferguson, who was responsible for United from 1986 to 2013, was often hailed for his man-management ability, a sentiment that was recently echoed by Red Devils icon Giggs, who was simply in the Scotsman's side for all 13 of his Premier League title wins.
In a recently available interview, the Welshman said Ferguson knew exactly how to treat different players, which explains why he'd not shout at famous brands Eric Cantona, Bryan Robson, Roy Keane and Cristiano Ronaldo.
"It was one of is own strengths, handing players and handling different personalities, characters. Whether to get a go at a new player or whether to place an arm around a new player," Giggs told beIN SPORTS.
"There were 3 or 4 players that he never really had a chance at. Cantona was one - Bryan Robson, Roy Keane and Cristiano Ronaldo.
"They were all, in their own ways, match winners. They did the stuff on the pitch, so he never felt [like he had to get a go at them].
"Eric, there have been some games where Eric didn't do anything. He didn't score, he wasn't running about such as a (Carlos) Tevez or a Wayne Rooney, he didn't have any impact. But he (Ferguson) knew sooner or later he (Cantona) would come good.
"We would be sat in the dressing room thinking he's surely got to try him, he's surely got to have a pop at him because he didn't do anything today.
"But the next week he'd score the winner or he'd create a moment of magic so he handled the big names effectively. As long as these were doing it on the pitch, he handled them in different ways.
"He was a master of psychology, he was a master at obtaining the best out of certain individuals, like whether to place an arm around, or whether to provide them a rocket at half-time or towards the end of the game or leave them out understanding that the player would react in a positive way."
Ferguson won 38 trophies at United before retiring from the beautiful game seven years ago.
