France suffered a rare defeat on home soil after going down 2-0 to Finland within an international friendly on Wednesday night.
Paul Pogba and Olivier Giroud were on the only first-team regulars to get started on for the 2018 World Cup winners.
Two first-half goals from Marcus Forss and Onni Valakari were enough to give Finland a famous win at the Stade de France, regardless of the likes of Antoine Griezmann and Anthony Martial coming on in the next half.
