From technology innovation to leading digital transformation, Huawei at CEBIT 2018
Hannover, Germany — From June 11 to June 15, Huawei will be exhibiting its digital innovations at CEBIT 2018 under the theme of "Leading New ICT, The Road to Digital Transformation". During this event, Huawei is introducing its new vision, technologies, platform, and ecosystem developments, while playing the "digital world symphony" with more than a hundred customers and partners.

Digital transformation is becoming critical as enterprises compete in an increasingly digital and intelligent world. Huawei's new vision is to bring digital to every person, home and organization for a fully connected, intelligent world.

Yan Lida, president of Huawei Enterprise BG, said: "Huawei Enterprise BG is committed to bringing digital to every organization. By building innovative, open, digital platforms, we are helping customers achieve digital, platform-based, and service-oriented transformation. We are also enabling organizations to converge information and operating technologies to accelerate the transformation of their business processes. With leading 'cloud-pipe-device' full-stack ICT solutions and a wealth of global experience, Huawei offers customers top-level designs for their ICT infrastructure, allowing them to achieve rapid innovation and become smarter to compete in the future. At the same time, our commitment to our 'Platform + Ecosystem' strategy ensures unswerving cooperation with ecosystem partners to achieve win-win outcomes. Together, we aim to develop the 'fertile soil' of digital transformation to facilitate exploration and innovation, contributing to the development of the intelligent world."

In the Industry & Ecosystem areas, Huawei is collaborating with more than one hundred alliance and solution partners including SAP, Honeywell, and Accenture, to showcase innovative solutions and successful deployments. These solutions and deployments cover six major industries: Smart City, finance, manufacturing, electric power, transportation, and retail. As an example, the Smart City area features the Intelligent Operation Center (IOC), which serves as the brain of the city to connect the physical and digital worlds. Through Big Data, machine learning, and A.I., the IOC visually displays a city's daily operating status. The Smart Airport 2.0 Solution provides E2E passenger services to cover the entire boarding process.

In the technology area, Huawei is presenting its full-stack products and solutions built on cloud, 5G, A.I., IoT, and other cutting-edge technologies. This is the first time Huawei demonstrates all scenarios of its Cloud Data Center, integrating network, IT, and energy products. The company is also demonstrating a series of new solutions, including a new-generation converged private cloud solution, intent-driven CloudFabric Cloud Data Center network solution, a connected car solution; FusionInsight LibrA distributed data warehouse, and more.

In the next three decades, digitization will reshape every industry, and intelligence will have a profound impact on every enterprise. Currently, 197 of the Fortune Global 500 companies, including 45 of the top 100, have chosen Huawei as their digital transformation partner.
