Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik expect first child, according to reports

Gigi Hadid is pregnant. According to many reports, the American-Palestinian model is expecting with her British-Pakistani singer boyfriend, Zayn Malik.
The model is yet to verify the news headlines, however she did post videos from her 25th birthday on Thursday, April 23, which eagle-eyed fans advise show the first promise of a baby bump.
"Gigi and Zayn are expecting their first child together and the couple is very excited. Gigi has kept the trick close to her family and friends for some time as she’s just a few months along," a family source told Entertainment Tonight.
Hadid and Malik have been around in an on/off relationship since 2015, but split up for a period in 2018. It had been confirmed these were back together in December 2019.
"Once Gigi and Zayn got back together at the end of last year, it was like they never skipped a beat and knew what that they had was special," the source said. "The couple and their own families are overjoyed."
The model has spoken about wanting to start a family group in the past.
In February, she told i-D magazine: "As I grow older ... well 1 day, I’ll take up a family and I don’t know easily will be modelling.
"The people I use make me so happy, I’m so lucky to be around them. But who knows? Maybe I’ll take up full time cooking."
The Hadid and Malik families are yet to verify the news headlines, but fellow celebrities have rushed to congratulate them on social media.
"It is a major day for Gigis," Chrissy Teigen wrote on Twitter, referring to Hadid and Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi, 38, the star of reality TV show, Shahs of Sunset, who gave birth to her first child on Monday, April 30.
