G-Star Natural introduces world's most sustainable dark denim fabric
Dutch denim label G-Star Natural has launched the world’s most sustainable dark-colored denim fabric for eight styles of its winter ‘20 collection. The “Relz Dark Denim” fabric, developed as well as Creative Milliners and Archroma, remains G-Star Raw’s circular strategy, as it is made out of pure organic natural cotton and can be dyed and treated without the consumption of harmful chemical compounds, thus benefiting both people and the environment.

The dark, liquid dye and the pigment coating leave behind waste water that's simple to clean and reusable. It really is applied to the textile in a five-step process instead of the traditional eight to ten methods, saving 52 percent water, 65 percent energy, 71 percent CO2 emissions and 14 percent chemicals.

As well as its longstanding cooperation companions Artistic Milliners and Archroma, G-Star managed to achieve the Gold Status certification by the Cradle to Cradle Merchandise Innovation Institute for its Raw Relz Dark Denim. This is the first dark-colored denim to achieve this position by the top rated nonprofit company granting the Cradle to Cradle Qualification. The globally recognized normal is directed at products that are secure, circular and responsibly generated.

The eight models add a lined denim peacoat (180 pounds/189.95 euros) , a good button pencil skirt (70 pounds/89.95 euros), ultra high father and mother ankle skinny jeans (80 pounds/99.95 euros each), boyfriend crop jeans (125 pounds/139.95 euros), ultra great straight ankle skinny jeans (105 pounds/119.95 euros) and a bomber coat (190 pounds/199.95 euros).

They'll be available online at g-star.com and found in G-Star stores starting 11th November 2020.
