Heathrow Airport staff dress up and dance as Freddie Mercury in hilarious viral video
HEATHROW Airport celebrated Queen singer Freddie Mercury’s birthday yesterday with staff performing hilarious dance moves inspired by the rock star who was once a baggage handler at the London airport.

Heathrow Airport and British Airways staff showed their fun side yesterday when they dressed up as Freddie Mercury and danced to Queen hit 'I Want To Break Free' to the astonishment and amusement of passengers.

The light-hearted spectacle was a homage to Mercury who was once a baggage handler at the airport nearly 50 years ago before he found fame as Queen lead singer.

Yesterday, 5 September, marked Mercury’s birthday. He would have been 72 years old were he still alive.

A comical video shows Heathrow’s baggage handlers wearing fluorescent yellow jackets and white trousers as well as sporting thick black moustaches in Mercury’s honour.
