Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam on the subject of Tuesday (Dec 1) again urged residents of the densely populated city to remain at home and avoid unnecessary family gatherings as the global personal hub scrambles to include a rise on coronavirus cases.
Lam was speaking at her weekly press meeting a day following the authorities announced tighter measures to curb the pass on of the disease that will see group gatherings limited to two people & most civil servants working at home.
Schools over the territory might close for all of those other year from Wednesday.
Hong Kong has found a rise in COVID-19 cases after weeks of reporting solo digit or low dual digit numbers, but it has up to now avoided a complete lockdown implemented in different cities across the world.
