'It Would Be A Dream To Take up With Messi'

A 2014 FIFA World Cup winner has not given up his dream of playing with Lionel Messi at Barcelona.
While his career has not gone as many predicted, former Borussia Dortmund superstar Mario Gotze has still had an effective professional career.
After making his name at BVB, the attacking midfielder joined Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich, where he spent 3 years before time for Dortmund last year.
Today, Gotze is on the books of Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven, for whom he possesses up to now contributed to 12 goals in 24 matches.
Although he has seemingly been forgotten by various, the 28-year-old has now said it might be a dream to take up alongside Messi at the Catalan giants.
"To enjoy possession football with this (Barcelona) team, alongside Lionel Messi, that would be a dream," he told 11Freunde.
"I want to play the Champions League again."
Gotze has made 357 senior club appearances in his career to date, playing a submit 178 goals, and in addition has been capped 67 times for Germany, with whom he won the FIFA Globe Cup in 2014.
