Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck back out of a mansion deal, she wants a more expensive one

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have pulled out of buying a new mansion and it seems that the reason is that she wants a nicer property which subsequently costs twice as much.
Sources from the real estate circuit spoke to TMZ and they told them that both JLo and Ben are looking to buy one that is located in the Pacific Palisades, which is close to where they tried to buy before but pulled out from completing the deal.
The new place is $64 Million, double the first one
The new and bigger mansion costs double the first one they had in escrow but they found out about it and completely changed their mind. The mansion is completely equipped with 8 bedrooms, 11 baths and 16,000 sq. feet of a fortress on a 1.13-acre compound.

Ben and Jennifer will go all out because the new property has an 800-square ft. gym, a professional media room, a game room, a huge backyard complete with its pool/spa with a firepit area too.
The beautiful house has views to the canyon and all the Californian splendor, and they just visited the property with a card up their sleeve as the Bel-Air estate already has a buyer and it seems like the perfect moment to buy a completely new place for the whole family.
