Jolie's lookalike Sahar jailed for a decade

Instagram star Sahar Tabar, who made headlines on her behalf resemblance to Angelina Jolie, has got been jailed for 10 years, after she was first arrested over her social media actions. She had previously called on Jolie to campaign on her behalf release.

Regarding to a Guardian report, 19-year-older Sahar, whose true name is Fatemeh Khishvand, was charged with corruption of young people and disrespect designed for the Islamic Republic. She utilized to post heavily distorted pictures of herself, using cosmetic and editing. She found prominence for pictures where she resembled characters performed by Jolie. Calling on the actor to campaign on her behalf, she had explained, "The Islamic Republic has a history of tormenting women. We must be united from this gender apartheid." The charges against Tabar first included "blasphemy, inciting violence, gaining income through inappropriate means and encouraging youths to corruption," the Guardian reported.
