Kia's Telluride SUV Named Environment Car of the entire year

Kia's Telluride large SUV has been named the Environment Car of the entire year at this year's World Car Awards, the automaker said Thursday. It is among the most first Korean company to attain the feat.
The award is probably the three virtually all prestigious honors in the automotive world, combined with the North American Car of the Year and the European Car of the entire year awards.
The Telluride competed with the Mazda CX-30 SUV and the Mazda3 hatchback in the most notable 3 among 29 candidates.
The Telluride is produced at a plant in the U.S. express of Georgia, specifically for the UNITED STATES market.
Launched in January 2019, the SUV possesses been praised for its brilliant style, features and functionality. In addition, it won the North American Utility Car or truck of the Year in January and was known as SUV of the Year by U.S. vehicle magazine Motor Trend.
The carmaker's Soul EV was chosen as the best vehicle on earth Urban Car category at the awards.
The WCA is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Winners are chosen through a key vote by a jury of 86 vehicle journalists from 24 countries incorporating India, Japan, Korea and the U.S.
The WCA winners usually are announced at the gross annual NY International Auto Show, but this season another award ceremony happened on Wednesday as the auto show has been delayed until August because of the coronavirus epidemic.
