KOSPI Closes 2020 at All-Time High

The Korea Composite Inventory Price Index closed at a fresh all-time high on Wednesday, the previous trading day of the year.
The KOSPI rose almost 1.9 percent to close at 2,873.47 tips. It was the 4th record close in a row. The junior Kosdaq as well rose 1.15 percent to 968.42.

This season the KOSPI soared 30.75 percent and the Kosdaq a lot more by almost 45 percent amid an unprecedented bumper year for international bourses.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 Index rose 6.56 percent and 15.52 percent. The tech-heavy Nasdaq as well soared 43.44 percent.
