KOSPI Rebounds to 2,200 Level

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index closed up 1.05 percent on Wednesday at 2,206.20 points, finishing above the 2,200 level for the first time in three months.
The junior Kosdaq also rose above 715 points to hit the highest level so far this year.
Foreign investor sentiment was buoyed by comments by U.S. Commerce Secretary Steven Mnuchin saying that he expects "significant progress" in trade talks with China.
