LaBeouf denies 'each and every' abuse lay claim FKA twigs' lawsuit

American actor Shia LaBeouf's legal workforce has denied allegations of sexual battery and assault created by his previous girlfriend, British musician FKA twigs, on a civil lawsuit this past year. LaBeouf's legal professional said in a courtroom submitting that the Honey Boy actor "denies generally and particularly each and every allegation" in the complaint.
The court file, filed on February 5 and made available to Reuters on Thursday, also states that the singer's allegation of sexual battery was invalid "because none of the acts alleged were predicated on sex." The civil lawsuit, filed in LA Superior Courtroom in December, sought unspecified damages for alleged sexual electric battery, assault and mental distress. The musician as well accused LaBeouf of emotional abuse throughout their year-long relationship in 2019.
Shia LaBeouf, 34, a good former child star, happens to be undergoing unspecified in-patient treatment, according to a good source near to the actor. He previously previously issued an over-all affirmation apologizing for hurting those around him and citing a brief history of alcoholism and aggression.
