Mbappe Sends Cavani A Warning
20 October, 2020
Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe has sent a note to his former teammate Edinson Cavani before their UEFA Champions League tie with Manchester United on Tuesday.
The Uruguayan striker left the French giants in August after spending seven years at the Parc des Princes, during which he became the club's all-time top goalscorer with 200 strikes in 301 games.
Cavani joined United as a free of charge agent and could be available for his or her European tie along with his former team this week, having finally begun training along with his new colleagues.
If he does play, the 33-year-old will be going up against his former teammates and friends, including Mbappe, who said it could not be weird facing Cavani.
"Not at all, he is found in a different team now," France forward told TF1.
"I wish him the best. We will play against him and try to beat him."
Cavani scored 35 goals found in 62 Champions League game titles for Napoli and PSG, even while Mbappe has found the trunk of the web 19 times in 35 UCL suits for Monaco and his current club.
