Michael Pena does not have any idea about 'Ant-Man 3'
20 February, 2020
Michael Pena is clueless about the 3rd 'Ant-Man' film as he says the project won't start production for at least a year. Pena portrayed Luis, the fast-talking sidekick of Paul Rudd's Scott Lang aka 'Ant-Man' in the Peyton Reed-directed 'Ant-Man' (2015) and 'Ant-Man and the Wasp' (2019).
The 44-year-old actor, who currently features in supernatural horror "Fantasy Island", said that he does not have any idea whether he will star in the threequel and he is waiting to get some good clarity about it.
"I've no idea.'Ant-Man 3' won't be shot for another 12 months. After my involvement in the first two 'Ant-Man' movies, we really won't even know after that happen until one to two months before we film," Pena said.
"I've no idea what's happening to be honest. Right now, Marvel is in an extremely cool position where they are able to break hearts by who they recreate and who they don't really. But, I'm still interested despite the fact that I've no idea what's gonna happen, and I cannot wait to determine," he added.
Michael Pena revealed that he doesn't know if Luis survived Thanos' decimation. When Thanos used the Infinity Stones to get rid of half of the populace in the universe at the end of 'Avengers: Infinity War', fans watched as some of a common heroes was erased from existence. However, not every MCU's character fate was revealed on screen, leaving fans to wonder whether favorites like Michael Pena's Luis from 'Ant-Man' survived Thanos' decimation.
