Moderna reaches supply manage Philippines for 13 million COVID-19 vaccine doses

Moderna said on Saturday (Mar 6) it has decided to supply the Philippines government 13 million doses of its COVID-19 vaccine, with deliveries place to get started in mid-2021.
The company will continue to work with regulators to pursue important approvals prior to the distribution, it said in a news release.
Moderna said it likely to reach a split handle the Philippines federal government and individual sector to supply an additional 7 million doses.
In January, the Philippines' Food and Medication Administration authorized the COVID-19 vaccine by Pfizer and BioNTech for emergency use.
