New Zealand vs Pakistan 3rd T20I: Pakistan reclaimed the top ranking in T20 cricket after they won the T20I series against New Zealand 2-1. Pakistan beat New Zealand in the third T20I by 18 runs. Martin Guptill did score a half-century for New Zealand but that was not enough for his team. Pakistan posted 181 for the loss of six wickets with Fakhar Zaman scoring a half-century but it was the pacers of Pakistan who kept New Zealand under check throughout the chase and won the game for them. The series win was a great boost for Pakistan who were whitewashed in the ODI series. They failed to win a single match in the 50-over format and then lost the first T20I as well. They won the second ODI after posted a big total and a similar story followed in the final T20I.
