Official: Man Utd Confirm Big-Name Departure

Manchester United have confirmed just one more first-workforce departure just days prior to the transfer window closes.

Attacking midfielder Jesse Lingard will use all of those other season on mortgage at fellow Premier Group part West Bromwich Albion.

Lingard has simply made three appearances for the Red Devils this season, and will now look to get some regular minutes under former United manager David Moyes.

“I’m excited," Lingard told West Ham TV.

"It’s another new chapter in my own life. There is nothing guaranteed but I’ve come below to operate hard and support the staff and bring my encounter. That’s the primary aim. I just want to take pleasure from my football and get back playing again and receive my feet back on the pitch.

“There were plenty of clubs involved but, for me, I felt this is the proper move. I’ve obviously had a past relationship with the manager as he was at Man U and I’ve played under him before, so he understands my qualities and what I can carry to the workforce. I know several the players as well - I know Dec [Rice] very well from the England area - and I feel I can genuinely settle in right here quickly.”
