Radisson Dhaka hosts South Asian Food Festival at Spice & Rice

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is hosting a tantalizing food festival, inspired from rich culinary traditions of South Asia from September 27 to 29 at its award winning restaurant Spice & Rice.
Inside Spice & Rice restaurant, guests will be greeted with the flavourful aroma of iconic South Asian dishes as well as a very satisfying serving of "Dhakaiya Badami Sharbat" or traditional spice infused Ghol as welcome drinks.
The restaurant Spice & Rice, winner of World Luxury Restaurant Awards in 2017 is taking on the theme of the festival with its decorations too, colouring itself with the roots of its South Asian flavours. The aroma, the adornments and the exciting menu at the festival are sure to captivate one's imagination.
The food festival will have an array of exclusive South Asian cuisines such as South Asian Mixed Kebab Platter, Tawa Fry Pomfret, Beef Kala Bhoona, Roasted Bengali Chicken, South Asian Curry Platter to name a few. Guests can enjoy the incredibly aromatic biryani in 3 delicious iterations, Kalyani Biryani, Ambur Biryani and Kanchi Biryani.
The live stations will feature South Asian Mixed Kebab, Deshi style Chotpoti & Fuchka and to top it off Deshi Pitha.
