Rooney Sends Ronaldo A NOTE

Past Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has sent a note to his ex-Red Devils colleague Cristiano Ronaldo, who exactly recently scored his 750th career goal.
The Juventus forward brought up the exceptional milestone in his side's 3-0 win over Dynamo Kyiv in the UEFA Champions Group earlier this week.
Ronaldo, 35, received many messages from fans around the world following his achievement, and has been sent one by Rooney, who recalls how really difficult his ex-teammate worked to get where he's today.
"It's incredible," he told Sky Sports.
"To score that many goals is normally… him and (Lionel) Messi have several of the (best) players possibly in the annals the overall game, so to score 750 goals. To start with, I want to say congratulations for the unbelievable achievements.
"He deserves it. I've seen first-hand the work he places in and how really difficult he worked to acquire those goals, it really is incredible."
Ronaldo has scored 648 goals in his golf club job - five for Sporting Lisbon, 118 for United, 450 for True Madrid and 75 for Juventus - and in addition has found the trunk of the net on 102 situations for Portugal.
