Scientist Claims He Can Clone Messi

Every football club in the world would love to have Lionel Messi in their team, and that might one day become a reality after a scientist claimed he can clone the FC Barcelona superstar.
Spanish scientist Arcadi Navarro, who is the head of the European Genome-Phenome Archive, has made a startling claim that footballers such as Barcelona forward Messi could be cloned in the near future.
"Messi could be cloned with current techniques," he told radio station Cadena SER, as translated and reported by IBTimes.
"We would achieve a being very similar to Messi, as if two twins had been born and we had frozen one of them for 30 years."
Messi has recorded the most goals (14) and most assists (8) in LaLiga so far this season, despite missing part of Barcelona's campaign due to injury.
