Namibia 0-1 Togo
Namibia finished their World Cup qualifying campaign with a 1-0 loss against Togo at Orlando Stadium on Monday.
Peter Shalulile saw his spot-kick tipped into the post by goalkeeper Wassiou Ouro-Gneni just before the half-time break while he was unable to convert on the rebound.
Euloge Placca eventually snatched the winner for the Sparrowhawks two minutes before time, as they finished in second place in Group G, three points ahead of Namibia, who ended in third.
Kenya 2-1 Rwanda
Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Anthony Akumu was in the line-up for Kenya, who claimed a 2-1 victory over Rwanda at Nyayo National Stadium.
Michael Olunga got an early opener for the hosts in the third minute and Richard Odada doubled their lead in the 15th minute from the penalty spot.
Olivier Niyonzima pulled a goal back for the Wasps in the 66th minute but the Harambee Stars held on to their first win, as they finished third in Group E while Rwanda finished winless and at the bottom.
Niger 7-2 Djibouti
Niger finished their Group A campaign on a high note after demolishing Djibouti 7-2 with Victorien Adebayor scoring a hat-trick at Stade General Seyni Kountche.
Adebayor's hat-trick was complemented by a brace from Issa Djibrilla, while Mohamed Wonkoye and Daniel Sosah were also on the scoresheet for the rampant hosts.
Youssouf Abdi Ahmed and Yabe Siad Isman scored two consolation goals for Djibouti.
Niger finished in third place with seven points while Djibouti lost all their games and finished bottom of the section.
Guinea-Bissau 0-0 Sudan
Sudan finished their campaign in Group I winless after playing to a goalless draw with Guinea-Bissau at Stade de Marrakech.
As a result, Guinea-Bissau moved up to second place with six points, two points above Guinea who visit already qualified and invincible Morocco in their last game on Tuesday evening.
