Six sued above Sushant Singh Rajput death

A case has been filed in Bihar's Muzaffarpur courtroom against six prominent Bollywood filmmakers regarding the the loss of life of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The case has been filed by senior legal professional Sudhir Kumar Ojha in the principle Judicial Magistrate's court. The date of hearing in connection with the case has been planned for July 3.
The filmmakers who've been mentioned in the case include Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Sajid Nadiadwala, actor Salman Khan and Ekta Kapoor. The circumstance has got filed under sections 306 (abetment of suicide), 109, 504 (intentional insult) and 506 (criminal intimidation). Bollywood actor KanganaRanaut, along with few others, provides been stated as a witness in the event.
"I was hurt to learn that Sushant Singh Rajput, a Bollywood actor, was removed from seven films and few of his movies were not even released.
It seems a situation was made by the accused which prompted the young actor to have such drastic step", attorney Sudhir Kumar Ojha said found in his complaint case filed found in the Muzaffarpur court in Wednesday. Sushant Singh Rajput who hailed from Patna was determined hanging at his house in Mumbai's Bandra on Sunday. The postmortem article found asphyxiation due to hanging as the real reason for his death.
