SK Chief Donates $1 Million to Korean Battle Memorial in U.S.

SK Group chairman Chey Tae-won offers donated US$1 million for the engineering of a memorial wall structure at the Korean War Memorial found in the National Mall found in Washington D.C.
The wall will be engraved with the brands of 43,800 American and Korean soldiers who fell in the 1950-53 war.
Chey made the donation while accompanying President Moon Jae-in on his latest visit to the U.S.
The SK chief also attended a memorial ceremony in Atlanta, Georgia for Korean War veterans.
