South Korea eases COVID-19 curbs, to announce vaccine plan

South Korea eased a few of its strictest social distancing guidelines for businesses on Mon (Feb 15), but kept limits in private gatherings just as authorities ready to unveil ideas for the roll out of the first coronavirus vaccines after this month.
