Spice Girls fans can now book the Spice Bus as an Airbnb in London

It's been over 20 years since the release of the film Spice World, which focused on one of Britain’s most popular girl groups.
The musical comedy followed the pop quintet as they traversed Britain’s capital aboard a Union Jack-plastered bus, and now, fans of the Spice Girls have the chance to bed down in the very same double decker.
The bus from the 1997 movie is opening up as an Airbnb. Parked in Market Square in London’s Wembley Park, the bus will play host to overnight guests for the first time in June.
The exterior looks exactly as the bus did in the movie, so fans will really feel like they are stepping inside the same vehicle that drove Posh, Sporty, Scary, Baby and Ginger around town. Inside, a newly renovated living area comes with bright pink Union Jack cinema chairs, a neon "girl power" installation and a large television for re-watching the Bob Spiers-directed film.
Upstairs, there is a dressing area and an adjoining bedroom with Mel B-inspired animal-print carpet. Vintage magazines, disco balls and CDs from the decade will help recreate a sense of '90s nostalgia.
The bus sleeps up to three guests and comes with some obscure house rules that encourage a '90s dress code and the taking of selfies in the driver’s seat, sadly without a cameo appearance from Meatloaf this time round.
Double denim, children and pets are forbidden and guests should know that the rules also mention a compulsory rendition of Goodbye should be performed upon checkout.
Wembley Park will be hosting a series of free outdoor screenings of famousfilms this summer, with Spice World set to be shown on June 13, 14 and 15.
If it sounds like what you want (what you really, really want – sorry) then get ready to reserve when booking opens on May 22 at 11am (UAE time).
Rates are expected to be $109 (Dh400) per night and bookings are available on June 14 or 15 with the potential that other dates may be added in the future.
The spice bus isn't the only British movie landmark that you can check in to. Piccadilly's The Ritz is a good for Notting Hill fans who want to recreate a Julia Roberts moment, and braver guests can head to Cornwall's iconic Headland Hotel, which was the setting for the 1990 production of Roald Dahl's The Witches.
