Sterling Sends England Top, Croatia Finished Second!

England have secured top spot in Group D after defeating Czech Republic 1-0 at Wembley Stadium.
With qualification already confirmed, Gareth Southgate handed a tournament debut to Bukayo Saka, Jack Grealish and Harry Maguire.
The Three Lions got off to an excellent start as Raheem Sterling nodded home a cross from Grealish at the back post for his second goal of the tournament.
England did have the ball in the back of the net on 84 minutes through Jordan Henderson's deflected effort, but the strike was eliminated for offside.
Southgate's could have home advantage within their round of 16 tie while the Czechs also qualify as among the best third-place sides.
Croatia 3-1 Scotland
Croatia clinched second spot in the group with a 3-1 overcome Scotland on Tuesday evening.
Scotland were without Billy Gilmour, who was simply Man of the Match against England as he tested positive for Covid-19.
Nikola Vlasic arrived to the Croatia line-up and made an immediate impact when he opened the scoring on 17 minutes after being create by Ivan Perisic.
Scotland did manage to find an equaliser 3 minutes prior to the break when Andrew Robertson's cross found its way to Callum McGregor, who fired home.
That was Scotland's first goal as of this year's European Championship and first EUROS goal since 1996.
Croatia had to before 62nd minute to revive their lead through Luka Modric's impressive strike before Ivan Perisic wrapped up the win in the 77th minute.
