Thor: Love and Thunder won't feature Loki

Thor: Love and Thunder stars Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Natalie Portman, Russell Crowe and Matt Damon amongst others. It has been directed by Taika Waititi and can release next year on May 6.
Loki star Tom Hiddleston has revealed that he's not really a part of Thor 4 aka Thor: Love and Thunder. Within an interview with Digital Spy and the Empire, the actor said the relationship between Thor and Loki has been explored fully on-screen, and for the present time, they are determined to close that particular chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"We discussed the Thor movies as a family group saga, and the diametric opposition between Thor and Loki and duality and antagonism being a book that perhaps should remain closed for as soon as. We've explored about just as much as we can about both of these brothers," the actor was quoted as saying.
However, fans can still keep the hope alive of seeing Loki doing his thing once more in the Marvel movies as Hiddleston had earlier told the Entertainment Weekly, "I'm available to everything. I have said goodbye to the type. I've said hello to the character. I said goodbye to the character [again]. I've learned never to make assumptions, I suppose. I'm just grateful that I'm still here, and there are still new roads to explore."
In another interview with Decider, Tom Hiddleston also spoke about Matt Damon donning the Loki costume. Damon had first came out as the character in Thor: Ragnarok. Hiddleston revisited your day Damon had appeared on the sets a couple of years ago, prepped to play an Asgardian actor portraying Loki. "Loki contains multitudes, and he contains Matt Damon. It had been a few days on Ragnarok when he came in and did his thing. It had been like looking into an extremely slightly distorted mirror. And his undertake the whole thing was just hilarious, so I can't wait to see what they've been doing," the actor said.
