US police bust 'corona party' featuring Pink Floyd hits
Partygoers at a good Pink Floyd tribute nights have already been scolded for shouting abuse at NJ police after defying social distancing rules brought in to contain the coronavirus pandemic.

Around 30 persons gathered to view an acoustic rendition of the British rock band's greatest hits in the front lawn of a house on Rumson, a seaside community southern of New York City, that was as well broadcast live over sociable media.

Police were called to get rid of the revelry, but met a hostile masses on arrival.

'When we educated everyone that they need to leave... we were achieved with well wishes of 'F-the police' and 'Welcome to Nazi Germany,'' said the town's police division on Facebook overdue Saturday.

Officers then instructed the band to slice the night short because they were halfway through a performance of Pink Floyd's 1975 anthem 'Wish You Were In this article' - fittingly, a tune often played as a great anthem for absent good friends. 'The Rumson Police Department takes no enjoyment in ruining anyone's fun,' the authorities statement said. 'However most of us own a responsibility to take this pandemic SERIOUSLY and adhere to the social distancing requirement.'

NJ governor Phil Murphy ordered residents to remain home and non-vital businesses to shutter indefinitely last month.

He has since taken up to social mass media to rebuke residents for ignoring the lockdown rules after several news reports of public gatherings.'Can't consider I have to say this at most,' he tweeted last week. 'But here we are. NO CORONA Celebrations. They're illegal, harmful, and stupid.'
