Vietnam is wanting to buy COVID-19 vaccine development technology and wants to build a good plant to provide the COVAX programme, its wellbeing ministry said on Tuesday (Jun 1), seeing as the united states tries to intensify vaccinations to stem a fresh outbreak of infections.
