Welcome, Lulu: Baby camel born at Al Wadi Desert aspect reserve

If you're planning a staycation this summer, one local spot might have only jumped its way to the most notable of any must-go to list.
The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah has welcomed Luliwa, a fresh baby camel at its Al Wadi Desert nature reserve.
The tiny Arabian camel, who was simply born on, may 9, goes by the moniker Lulu, with her name extracted from the Arabic word for pearl.
The protected nature reserve spans more than 1,200 acres, and houses several Arabian camels, which are known for their distinctive singular hump. Around 135 Arabian gazelles and oryx as well roam the Al Wadi Desert, while falcons and owls dot the sky.

Lulu, who actually was a wholesome 34 kilograms and 120 centimetres tall in birth, is the girl of Darling and Bob, the main reserve's camel herd.
"Darling and Luliwa have been inseparable since birth with Lulu displaying an inquisitive and energetic persona," a affirmation from Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah added.
The hotel, an extravagance resort made up of Bedouin-style villas, offers nature drives of the reserve, and stargazing and bird-watching.
