Yolanda Hadid shares a new image of daughter Gigi's baby: 'She is an angel'

Yolanda Hadid has shared a new image of her first grandchild on Instagram.
"My heart is expending with so much love and joy for this little baby girl," she wrote in the caption of a picture of her holding the tiny baby's hand. "She is an angel sent to us from above."
She concluded with a sweet message of gratitude towards her daughter Gigi Hadid and partner Zayn Malik.
"Thank you Mommy and Daddy for making me an Oma," Yolanda wrote. "I love every minute of it."
The couple confirmed the birth of their baby on September 23, with Malik taking to Instagram to share the news.
"Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful. To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together,” he captioned a photo of him holding his daughter's hand.
Gigi confirmed the birth the same day, writing: "Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love."
Back in April, after it was confirmed that the couple was expecting a child, Yolanda, 56, shared how excited she was for the new arrival.
"I can't wait to become a grandmother," the former model said.
"It is quite special since I lost my own mother so recently. That is the beauty of life: one soul is leaving us and another is coming. We feel very blessed."
