Paris Saint-Germain have found themselves in a lot of headlines this week but they did confirm the arrival of Xavi Simons after impressing at PSV Eindhoven.However, the young Dutch midfielder will spend the 2023/2024 season on loan at Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
