Angry Mourinho Sent Off For Confronting Ref On Pitch

AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho continues to make headlines in Italy after he was sent off for storming the pitch to confront the referee.
Roma and Real Betis were involved in a heated affair at Estadio Benito Villamarín, with the LaLiga side running out 5-2 winners.
The Serie A side also finished the game with eight men as Lorenzo Pellegrini, Gianluca Mancini and Rick Karsdorp were given their marching orders in the second half.
Mourinho, meanwhile, had to give instructions from the stands for the final 30 minutes after he took issue with Alex Moreno's goal for Betis which appeared to use arm.
The Sun reported that Mourinho invaded the pitch to confront the referee, who responded by showing the Portuguese coach a straight red card.
Roma take on Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca next weekend before they open their Serie A campaign against Fiorentina seven days later.
