August Alsina thought Chris Rock's jokes against Jada Pinkett Smith were funny

f you don't recall who August Alsina is, Chris Rock did a great job reminding everybody about Jada Pinkett-Smith's 'entanglement'. He described the uncomfortable situation that originated Will Smith's reaction to a joke about his wife at the 2022 Academy Awards. At the end of that reaction was Chris Rock's face. We waited for a long time so we could finally hear what Chris had to say in a whole special dedicated towards that moment. Very few people were disappointed with the result, August Alsina was pleased as well. He is the man with whom Jada Pinkett-Smith cheated on Will Smith. They are not together anymore but people keep reminding Will Smith about it all the time.
According to a new report, it appears August Alsina himself is now taking the side that goes against Jada Pinkett-Smith. One of his close friends spoke to the New York Post about the special on Netflix. Contrary to what people expected, August actually liked the special and believes what Chris Rock says is essentially true. This means August thinks Jada is the most guilty party for all this mess. Here's what the source told The Post: "August watched the Netflix special and he laughed. He thought it was not only funny but truthful. That was the best part for him. A lot of people spoke out against [Alsina]. So he was happy to see that Chris Rock seemed to be advocating for the truth and not just making a joke."
Chris Rock's 'Selective Outrage' against Will and Jada
This past Saturday, Chris Rock made history by becoming the first-ever live comedy special on Netflix. Named 'Selective Outrage', Chris Rock obviously touched on the topic everybody wanted to hear from him about. But also, he touches on many different aspects of the hottest topics in the world of celebrity or entertainment. Chris Rock hardly ever gets political but even in those topics, he comes off as neutral. But he really didn't pull any punches when it came to talking about the infmaous 'Slap'. We all hope he got it out of his system and he can finally move on.
