As the unlocking process slowly commences in Maharashtra, the federal government has given a green signal to the entertainment industry to resume shootings of their projects. Third ,, Bhumi Pednekar is ready to kick start shooting on her behalf upcoming film. Discussing the same, Bhumi told a news portal that she was itching to get back on the sets. The actress added that she considers herself fortunate to be starting are soon as the unlocking commenced in Maharashtra. According to her, the industry has truly gone through a lot since this past year, and it's been pushed to the brink by the pandemic. Elaborating further, Bhumi feels that the vaccination will certainly reduce the chance considerably.

According to her, it can help our industry's daily-wage earners to resume work and provide financial stability with their families. The actress also lauded the industry leaders for his or her vaccination drives. She added that it is amazing that the industry leaders attended forward to vaccinate the fraternity because this is the need of the hour. According to Bhumi, they work within an intimate environment, so safety is of prime importance. Aside from 'Raksha Bandhan' with Akshay Kumar, Bhumi may also be seen in the next instalment of 'Badhaai Ho'. Titled 'Badhaai Do' this time around, the movie will also star Rajkummar Rao in the lead role. Bhumi will also be part of Karan Johar's magnum opus, 'Takht'. The time drama boasts of an ensemble star cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi and Anil Kapoor in lead roles.
